SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Shipping to Australia is FREE. Free shipping applies to the first ship only. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to returns or incorrect address being supplied, will be at the customer's expense.
Shipping to New Zealand is calculated on the weight* of the piece and is slightly cheaper than other countries. The amount will be automatically calculated and added at checkout.
Shipping to the rest of the world is calculated on the weight* of the piece and will be added automatically at checkout.
I use the standard shipping option with tracking, signature on delivery and extra insurance cover for the piece. Extra cover is necessary as if a piece is lost or damaged without insurance, you will only get a fraction of the value of the piece refunded. Extra cover allows insurance claims for the full value of the piece.
Gift certificates will be posted to the purchaser. The postal address of the recipient of the artwork will be requested once they get in touch to redeem the certificate.
*In order to reduce weight of a parcel, options are available to remove large canvases from their stretcher bars and I will then ship the painted canvas on its own. You will then need to pay a professional framer to put new stretcher bars on your artwork. This should work out slightly cheaper for you, and is often the safer option with large pieces to reduce the risk of damage. Please get a quote from a framer first if you aren’t sure.
Within Australia - please allow 2-4 weeks from date of purchase to receiving your artwork.
To New Zealand - please allow 4-6 weeks from date of purchase to receiving your artwork.
To anywhere else - please allow 6-8 weeks from date of purchase to receiving your artwork.
Postage day is once a week on (usually Monday), but if you require anything urgently, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your request. Please note that due to other orders this may not be possible, so please ensure you order well in advance if you are giving a commissioned painting as a gift.
